School Uniform
School uniform plays an important role in contributing to the ethos of a school and setting an appropriate tone. A uniform can instil pride; support positive behaviour and discipline; ensure pupils of all races and backgrounds feel welcome and protect children from social pressures to dress in a particular way. Above all research shows that school uniform supports effective teaching and learning.
To enable all parents/carers to afford a uniform the school has a colours only stipulation. Although the school can provide branded sweatshirts, cardigans and t-shirts, parents can shop around for the cheapest provider so long as the school colours are adhered to.
Online Payment System
We have changed the way branded uniform is sold from September 2020 in light of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Our new online payment system ‘School Money’ is from the same provider as our text messaging service (Eduspot/Teachers2Parents).
Please contact the school office for more information.
Second hand/ pre-loved uniform
We understand that the cost of school uniform can be a challenge for some families. If a parent or carer is experiencing financial difficulties and is unable to provide the required school uniform, we can provide second-hand uniform free of charge.
If you need support, please speak to a member of staff.
